Are you looking to join a supportive innovative Clinical Education Team to develop midwifery skills at UHNM? Our Team are looking for a dynamic individual to help develop our training programme.
Main duties of the job- To facilitate Midwives in the ward/department/specialty in identifying opportunities for training and education to maintain and improve standards of care.
- To support and facilitate innovation in care provision in a structured and systematic way.
- To offer professional guidance and support to midwives.
- To develop guidelines and implement developments in practice, and ensure these are audited.
- Provide education and training to midwives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- To offer professional guidance and support to clinical staff.

Person Specification Education- Full and active UK PIN number
- PROMPT Trainer
- Minimum 2 years Band 6 midwifery experience
- Experience of teaching
- GIC NLS Trainer
