Midlands Project Manager: Capital Projects & Growth - Travel

ISS is seeking a Project Manager (Midlands) to lead tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and Minor Works across Birmingham and beyond. You will manage projects from inception to completion, oversee resources, governance, risk, and supply chain performance while supporting growth with existing customers.

The role requires experience with NEC4 contracts, RIBA stages, and CDM regulations, plus a track record delivering projects in the £500k-£1m+ range. Regular travel is expected.
