Supply Care Solutions is hiring a Mental Health & Behaviour Change Practitioner to join a specialist substance use service in Middlesbrough on a temporary agency basis.

You will deliver structured, evidence-based psychological and behaviour change interventions to service users with low-level emotional and psychological barriers to change, while mentoring trainee practitioners and contributing to service development.
