We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will play an important role in ensuring our pupils are safe, happy and engaged during the lunchtime period.
Responsibilities- Ensure pupils are safe, happy and engaged during the lunchtime period.
- Support positive behaviour and create a calm, welcoming lunchtime environment.
- Work as part of a team with colleagues and school staff.
- A positive and approachable manner with children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, fairness and a sense of fun.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a school or childcare environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- A vibrant, happy and creative school.
- Positive, well-behaved and happy children who are eager to learn.
- A supportive, friendly and dedicated staff team.
- A supportive management team who genuinely care.
