Midday Supervisor (Band B SCP 02-03)

Eastlands Primary School is a friendly, popular and successful school where each individual child is important. We have high expectations of all children and respect for each other is at the core of everything we do.

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will play an important role in ensuring our pupils are safe, happy and engaged during the lunchtime period.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure pupils are safe, happy and engaged during the lunchtime period.
  • Support positive behaviour and create a calm, welcoming lunchtime environment.
  • Work as part of a team with colleagues and school staff.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • A positive and approachable manner with children.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, fairness and a sense of fun.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a school or childcare environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
