Midday Supervisor x 2

Permanent, Term Time, Working 5 hours - 1pm until 2pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Grade 2 (SCP 3) £24,796 per annum pro rata

Actual salary £2,820.46 per annum

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor. We are looking for dedicated Midday Supervisors to help create a safe, calm and positive atmosphere during the lunchtime break.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise pupils inside and outside at lunchtime to ensure a safe, calm environment and that they return to lessons refreshed and ready to learn.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and students, and value teamwork, collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Ensure areas are clean and hazard free during and after lunchtimes.
  • Be dependable, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to support young people's development into responsible citizens.
About the role and expectations

This is a vital role in the school day, contributing to a positive environment during lunchbreaks and helping to support learning in the afternoon.
