Mid-Market M&A Senior Associate - Frontline Deals

Ambition's growing Corporate Finance advisory team in London seeks a Senior Associate to execute a broad range of mid-market M&A transactions across the UK. You will work with Directors and Partners, supporting both buy-side and sell-side mandates, with responsibilities including financial analysis, modelling, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating due diligence to drive transaction execution.
