Job Description

• Advise clients on trademark, copyright, and media law matters.
• Handle trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement strategies.
• Manage copyright counseling, including registration and enforcement issues.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution related to intellectual property.
• Collaborate with clients on advertising and media related legal concerns.
• Draft and negotiate agreements involving intellectual property and media rights.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and provide strategic advice.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of trademark, copyright, and media law.
• Proven ability to handle complex intellectual property matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in the New York State Bar.
