Job Description
Microsoft 365 Teams Specialist (L2/L3)
6 Month Contract + Potential Extensions
Fully Remote in Germany
German Speaking Required (C1)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Teams, with a strong focus on Voice, PSTN, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and integrations (AudioCodes, Anywhere365, Genesys).
- Troubleshoot complex incidents, handle escalations, and participate in on-call rotation.
- Act as a key technical contact for internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain governance, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness (EU/German regulatory standards, ISO).
- Support Teams feature development, platform enhancements, and M365 integrations (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Define SOPs, mentor team members, and contribute to platform strategy and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft Teams Voice environments.
- Strong knowledge of PSTN, SIP, VoIP, call-center integrations, and emergency calling configurations (LBR, E911, policies, normalization rules).
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of M365 services, ITIL practices, and service management tools.
- Experience with Teams Phone System, Teams Rooms, AV hardware, and performance monitoring (Power BI, QoE).
- German language (C1) is mandatory.

- MS-700 (Teams Administrator Associate)
- MS-720 (Teams Voice Engineer Expert)
- Experience with Genesys or enterprise contact-center solutions
