Micromechanics Workshop Manager

For a precision mechanics and micromechanics company recognized in Geneva, we are looking for a Micromechanics Manager (M/F) to lead and develop a high value-added CNC machining sector. In a demanding technical environment, focused on quality and precision, you will play a key role in the technical and human management of micromechanics. Responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing CNC/micromechanics machining, ensuring adherence to production schedules, taking into account technical priorities and constraints, and providing technical support. You will define, implement, and monitor machining processes, act as a technical interface with clients and suppliers, initiate and lead continuous improvement projects (process, performance), and ensure regular reporting to production management.You will foster teamwork around common objectives, within a logic of quality and technical performance.Profile required: - Background in micromechanics, machining, or production engineering (CFC, ES or equivalent)- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CNC machining in precision mechanics and/or micromechanics- Excellent mastery of CNC machines- Proficiency in (GO2cam X)- Knowledge of electroerosion processes (EDM)- Good understanding of SolidWorks- Strong on-site presence, leadership, and ability to mobilize teams- Excellent responsiveness and decision-making skills in a demanding environmentDoes your profile match?
