MFT Quant Researcher - Crypto Alpha Strategies

Wintermute is seeking an experienced quantitative researcher to build and scale mid-frequency alpha strategies in crypto markets. You will leverage Wintermute's research, backtesting, and execution infrastructure and work closely with quant, trading, and development teams to refine models across a range of digital assets.

You will design predictive models, analyze high-resolution data, and perform rigorous backtesting and optimisation to drive short-term alpha opportunities.
