Job Description
With more than 60 years of experience in the field of sapphire and plastic injection, we have acquired and developed a unique and complementary know-how in the manufacturing of custom parts. These skills meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of our clients. To complement our Technical Office department, we are looking for a: Methods Manager.Missions:- Lead the development of new products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industrial performance, and product quality.- Provide technical support to production teams and actively participate in the continuous improvement of industrial processes.- Validate technical choices and their industrial feasibility (production capacity, process reliability) by defining and supervising testing and trials.- Supervise, train, and motivate the technical office team, ensuring a healthy work environment that promotes the development of individual and collective skills.- Manage the development of new products and ongoing business.- Define and optimize the processes, ranges, standard times, and work instructions.- Develop and maintain setting sheets, documents, and technical support.- Be a driving force for production flows, prototype management, and products (internal/external).- Participate in technical trials (grinding, etc.) and drive projects.- Manage cost estimates, define analysis processes, and analyze costs and hourly rates.- Collaborate closely with quality, production, maintenance, and development departments.- Propose new equipment through active technological monitoring.- Contribute to yields on high-volume products.- Ensure the design and 3D modeling of tools, molds, devices, and special machines using SolidWorks.- Ensure the maintenance of the technical database and ERP AX.Requirements:- HES/EPF engineering degree or technician ES in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or microtechnology.- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position and in an industrial environment.- Experience in the production of sapphire, plastic, or rubber parts: proficiency in SolidWorks for the design of tools and mechanical components.- Very good knowledge of functional (GPS), plan reading.- Good knowledge of an industrial ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus).- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (injection, machining, etc.).- Mastery of industrial project management (QCD tracking).- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, problem-solving, etc.).- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of priorities.- Analytical and synthetic thinking, results-oriented.- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work transversally.- Leadership and ability to support change.- Team spirit, openness to dialogue, and ability to convey knowledge.We offer:- Flexible working hours (possibility to finish at 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday).- Vacation: 5 weeks per year + 1 week of 15-minute breaks offered.- Salary paid in 13 installments, with payment to your health insurance.- Regular events (summer meals, monthly brunches, company outings) with various partners (fleet discounts, private sales at prestigious brands).- A healthy, rewarding, dynamic, and constantly evolving work environment. jidd5fb1e0aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
