Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader to work15 hours per week across Monday and Wednesday each week, supporting, motivating and inspiring our Taunton based meter reading team.

What you'll do

You will work alongside the existing Team Leader in a job share arrangement in managing a hardworking and friendly field-based teamof up to 12 meterreadersworkingpredominantly within the Taunton area. Yourmain basewillbeour Galmington depot in Taunton. Yourteamareresponsiblefor obtaining andverifyingwatermeterreadings forourBristolWaterand WessexWatercustomersas well as commercialwaterretailers.

A strong customer focus is essential to ensure that we 'WOW'ourclients andcustomersalike.Withgreat attention to detail andmeticulousplanning, youwillensureyourteamare engaged, developed andsupportedto achieve theirproductivityexpectationsand deliver forourcustomers.

Weworktowards a clear set of targets, and youwillsupportyourteamto achieve them. Experienceworkingwithin atarget-drivenenvironmentand a track record of excellentorganisationalskills are essential, as is demonstrable experience in performance management and coaching.

Ifyou can bring the above, we'll ensure you aresupportedthroughoutyourcareerwithenrolment onourin-housemanagementdevelopmentprogram and regular coaching.

We'll also ensureyourrole stays varied andstimulatingby providingopportunitiesto get involved in upcoming projects and any ofourfantasticpeopleinitiatives.

A knowledge of the Taunton area would also be beneficial.
