Job Description
  • Experience of managing teams and helping individuals be at their best
  • Experience within Business Communication Strategies
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering multiple projects to deadlines and good working knowledge of Agile
  • Knowledge of CRM Platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CIM, Pega, VCX, AEM and data manipulation within large complex databases and extraction of data from multiple sources.
  • Experience of driving change and supporting the team through transition
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence and challenge when required
  • Problem solving skills and resolution management
