Merchandiser

We're currently looking for a passionate and driven Merchandiser/Junior Merchandiser to join our fast-paced Seasonal Buying team. In this role, you'll work closely with an experienced Buyer, supporting the daily operations of a busy department.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool (L24).

The key responsibilities for this role are:

• Work with the buyer to create long-term strategies to maximise LFL sales and profitability of the ranges
• Range building, including completing historical analysis and accurately calculating line buys
• Provide weekly analytics to allow you and the buyer to make in-season commercial decisions
• Support the AM with Critical Path management, ensuring orders land in the business on time
• Control stock levels effectively against plan
• WSSI and Linecard management, ensuring they are always up to date

To be successful in this role you will be:

• An experienced Merchandiser or a Junior Merchandiser eager to step up
• Numerical and data driven, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels
• Someone who can work collaboratively, focusing on building strong relationships
• Proactive and organised, able to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Able to make decisions at pace and within context of the wider business
