I'm currently looking for an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee complex mechanical and public health installations across a range of commercial and residential projects.

This role will take ownership of plant rooms and full building services packages from first fix through to commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities
  • Management of commercial plant rooms.
  • Oversight of domestic & commercial mechanical services.
  • Installation of smoke vent systems.
  • Management of ventilation and HVAC systems.
  • Delivery of residential and commercial sprinkler systems.
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
