MEP Quantity Surveyor

V7 are currently working with a consultancy within the Data Centre sector in Europe, who are looking to expand their commercial team in Europe.

They have immediate requirements for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Netherlands.

Recent Data Centre experience in Europe is a requirement for this position.

• Reporting to Commercial Lead on site
• Responsible for contract BOQ preparation, interim recommendations, and agreement of variations
• Will be responsible for managing high value M&E systems
• Will be required to liaise directly with Client/ Designers/ M&E leads on site and suppliers to ensure value for the client
• Full EU Passport
