Mental Health Support & Recovery Worker (24/7)

Together UK in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our 24-hour mental wellbeing accommodation-based service. You will assist adults with diagnosed mental illness to maintain mental health and independence, while supporting tenancy stability and community integration.

You will work closely with mental health professionals, ensure a safe environment, and encourage residents to live as independently as possible. This is a full-time role based in Hounslow, reporting to Mahbuba Nargis.
