Mental Health Recovery Worker: Empower Independence

Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our Romsey Avenue team in Nuneaton. You will support adults with severe mental health challenges in a 24-hour residential setting, providing person-centred care, developing skills and promoting independence.

You will build trusted relationships, complete assessments and safety plans, encourage wellbeing, assist with daily living, liaise with external agencies and maintain accurate records.
