Mental Health Recovery Worker - Community Care & Hope

Thurrock and Brentwood Mind in Essex is seeking a motivated role holder to support patients in urgent and emergency care, delivering practical and emotional help to improve mental health and wellbeing in the community.

You'll partner with the Mental Health Liaison Nurse at Basildon University Hospital Emergency Department/MHUCD, using a person-centred, strength-based approach and lived experience to inspire hope and recovery within a multidisciplinary team.
