Mental Health Legislation & Compliance Assistant

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a diligent Mental Health Legislation Officer Assistant to support the team in planning, communicating and ensuring correct implementation of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Acts across the trust.

You will handle legal documentation, maintain patient records and interact with clinical staff, managers, Tribunal Members and patients' legal representatives.
