Job Description

Mid and North East Essex Mind is recruiting a Mental Health Hospital Link Worker to provide non-clinical, person-centred support to people in distress at Colchester General Hospital.

Based in the UTC and ED, you will de-escalate crises, link people with services, and work with clinical teams to ensure safe, compassionate care. Two years in mental health or related field required, with Level 3 Health & Social Care and strong IT skills.
