Mental Health Case Worker - Supported Living & Independence

BRC is recruiting a Mental Health Case Worker for a supported accommodation service in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role focuses on providing one-to-one support to adults with complex needs and helping them move towards independent living.

You will work in a 24-hour supported setting, with sleep-in shifts and weekend/bank holiday coverage. Applicants should have experience in supported housing, a good grasp of complex needs, and a valid UK driving licence.
