MENA Customer Success Manager (Arabic)

Cision is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the MENA region who will own the long term health of a portfolio of accounts. You'll collaborate with Account Managers and Onboarding to drive retention, adoption, and value realization across diverse industries in a fast paced environment.

You will work with Arabic speaking clients and leverage CRM/CS tools to deliver strategic plans, renewals, and cross sell opportunities while upholding the highest standards of customer success.
