We are looking for a Memberships & Events Assistant - Business Administrator Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team. This role offers opportunities for progression into a more senior position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to meeting development goals.
This varied role involves supporting our events calendar, engaging with current clients, and helping grow memberships. You will be supported in developing your skills by the Projects & Engagements Team Manager and experienced colleagues. You will be enrolled in a Business Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 3) provided by HIT Training, lasting 8-12 months, which includes online classes, monthly tutor meetings, and portfolio development.
The role is primarily based at our Greenlands campus in Henley-on-Thames, with a flexible split between office and home working. Having your own transport is advantageous.
This is a fixed-term role for 2 years, with potential extension and progression to a permanent Memberships & Events Administrator position (Grade 4) upon successful apprenticeship completion.
