Membership Support Lead: Elevate Service & Team Performance

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a Membership Support Team Leader in the United Kingdom to oversee a team of Member Support Advisors and ensure a world-class service for our members. You will monitor performance and drive KPI delivery across daily, weekly and monthly targets.

The role requires flexibility for shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will report to the Member Support Operations Manager and play a key part in shaping a welcoming culture across clubs.
