Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real impact in a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leader in the Transport & Logistics sector, is seeking a Membership Services Officer to join their friendly team in Kings Cross, London.

What Will You Do?
As a Membership Services Officer, you will play a vital role in our Member Services team by:

• Processing Insurance Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with attention to detail.


• Customer Support: Respond to general enquiries from customers via phone, email, or letter.


• Information Requests: Provide customers with information about our client's products and services.


• Claim Processing: Oversee direct debits and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role.


• Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential.


• Strong Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.


• Professional Competencies:

• A self-starter who thrives on meeting deadlines


• High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation


• Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail


• Ability to multi-task effectively


• Quick learner, adapting to new industries and business types with ease


• Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills

Benefits and Perks:

• Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £27,000 per year, depending on experience (increasing after probation)
