Membership Growth & Retention Leader

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to own membership growth, member engagement and club profitability. You'll report to the General Manager, lead the sales agenda and coach the team to convert leads and exceed targets.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercial thinking, people leadership and customer experience to maximise club performance and sustainable growth. You'll build local partnerships and drive both new member acquisition and retention.
