Membership Growth & Commercial Lead

Virgin Active is looking for a Senior Commercial Leader to head the club sales team in a premium wellness environment. You will drive membership revenue, manage a high-performing team, optimise the member journey from enquiry to retention, and use data-driven insights to boost profitability and member experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality focus, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as part of a full-time 40-hour week.
