Member Services Research & Information Officer

The Police Federation of England and Wales is seeking an Information and Research Officer (Member Services) to support the Member Services Team. This part-time role requires 20 hours per week in the West Midlands office, reporting to the Office Manager.

You will handle enquiries, conduct research, manage records, and assist with invoicing and provider communications to support ongoing member services and governance.
