About GoHenryGoHenry is a fintech company that provides a prepaid debit card and app for young people to learn money skills. Our aim is to empower young adults to manage their finances responsibly.
Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will gather information, navigate multiple systems, and provide clear solutions via phone, in app chat, and email to help customers get the most from their GoHenry account.
Shift Pattern- Friday 4pm 8pm & Saturday 12pm 8pm (11.5 hours)
We provide intensive training for 6 10 weeks, followed by ongoing learning to keep you up to date and skilled. We also offer opportunities to gain certified qualifications.
What You Need to Join With- Transferable customer service experience from a contact centre, financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
- High standard of written and verbal English.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems while explaining and guiding customers to positive outcomes.
- A passion for building rapport and delivering a great customer experience.
