Member Experience Host Wellness & Community Concierge

Virgin Active in the United Kingdom is recruiting two Part-Time Member Journey Hosts to join our Acquisitions team. You will be the welcoming heartbeat of the club, bridging our members with the Virgin Active community and spotting early signs of disengagement.

In this role you'll reconnect with members, support daily club readiness, and deliver personalised outreach while facilitating connections to classes, wellness services, and events to keep members engaged and inspired.
