Member Experience Host & Engagement Concierge

Virgin Active in the United Kingdom is seeking a Member Journey Host to enhance the member experience and drive engagement across our clubs. You will be the welcoming heartbeat, building emotional connections and guiding members through personalised outreach, events, and wellness services.

In this role you will monitor disengagement signals, celebrate milestones, and act as a concierge to connect members with PTs, groups, and community activities.
