Member Experience Concierge

Virgin Active is seeking a Member Journey Host to join our Member Experience & Hospitality Team. You'll be the warm heartbeat of the club, creating emotional connections, re-engaging at-risk members, and guiding them through our wellness journey with a focus on outstanding service and community vibes.

You will link members to PTs, classes, and wellness services, while collaborating in daily huddles and sharing inspiring stories to raise the standard of guest experiences across the club.
