Member Experience & Group Fitness Coach

JD Gyms Southampton is seeking a proactive member experience specialist with a Level 3 PT qualification. You will engage on the gym floor, lead group classes, deliver inductions, and assist prospective members with joining.

You will uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand standards, while engaging with members and supporting improvements through data-driven ideas. A collaborative, energetic team environment awaits.
