Member Experience & Club Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Worthing is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily club operations, ensuring members feel safe and have an excellent experience seven days a week. You will assist across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members, and helping teams where needed.

The role emphasises customer service, teamwork and a flexible, fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this position.
