Member Experience & Booking Advisor

Your Leisure is expanding its team at Discovery Park. We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet members and visitors, support memberships and bookings, and handle enquiries with a friendly, proactive approach.

You will promote services, offers and events, make proactive outreach calls, and help build positive relationships that reflect our brand. This shift-based role includes some early evenings and weekends.
