What You Will Be Doing
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming Meetings & Events enquiries via phone, email, and third party platforms.
  • Prepare and send tailored proposals and contracts in line with client and hotel policies.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximise revenue.
  • Follow the meetings and events strategy set and manage diaries.
  • Ensure a comprehensive handover is done with Meetings and Events Planning.
