About the role:

  • Respond to customer requests efficiently and professionally
  • Support the Meeting and Events Manager with administrative tasks and diary management
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain manual filing systems
  • Manage market segment databases
  • Coordinate and execute direct mailings as instructed
  • Assist with corporate hospitality events
  • Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as needed
  • Prepare sales packs and manage stationary and brochure supplies
  • Achieve sales targets set by management
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager
