Job Description
What to Expect
- Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites.
- Verify equipment compliance with required specifications and standards.
- Conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
- Identify the underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics.
- Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
- Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.
- Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.
- Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, and qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Availability to travel globally 70%.
