Job Description

We are hiring aMedicalRegistrar-General Medicine to a leading Hospital in Dublin. Ireland.
Responsibilities- To support the M edical Consultants in their work and act under their supervision when providing a medical service.
- To finish the emergency department admissions procedure for patients. A thorough hospital admittance and treatment plan recorded in the medical file are examples of this, but they are not the only ones.
- To accompany the medical staff on their daily ward rounds.
- Turn over patients from the previous shift to the registrar so that judgments may be made right away and orders can be written, ensuring continuity of care.
- To regularly assess patients in compliance with the treatment plan established at the start of the shift and report any concerns or difficulties to the doctor.
- An MRCP or its equivalent is preferred.
- Currently registered with the Irish Medical Council in full.
- Three years of experience after graduation
- Current certification in ACLS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all areas of the service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently using initiative.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a changing work environment, with a willingness to implement new procedures and participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- A genuine commitment to person centred care, demonstrating empathy, respect, and dignity in all interactions with service users.
- Sound clinical knowledge and a commitment to evidence based practice, enabling the effective fulfilment of the role's responsibilities.
- Ability to apply clinical expertise and professional knowledge in accordance with recognised best practice standards.
