Join our medical reception team as the first point of contact for patients, providing a friendly and professional service both face to face and via telephone/email. You will support the smooth running of the practice by carrying out a range of administrative duties, managing enquiries, and ensuring excellent customer care at all times.

• Answering the telephone
• Greeting patients who come to the surgery
• Occasionally phoning patients to offer an appointment/change appointment/booking for seasonal health champaigns
• Liaising with outside health care professionals
