Medical Negligence Associate - Claimant Litigation

TSR Legal is representing a national law firm in Birmingham recruiting an Associate Solicitor to join its Medical Negligence team. You will manage a claimant caseload from instruction to resolution and support senior lawyers on high-value claims, with opportunities to contribute to business development.

Applicants should have 3+ years' PQE in clinical/medical negligence; claimant experience is preferred, though defendant background is welcome to apply.
