Job Description

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Certification in Medical Devices Reprocessing through completion of Medical Device Reprocessing Association of Ontario (MDRAO) Techniques course, completion of a course from a recognized Community College in medical device reprocessing within the last 5 years, or current status from the Canadian Standards Association certification. (Please note: IAHCSMM certification will be recognized providing the required courses CRCST and CER are complete and valid. A condition of employment would be that the successful candidate recertify through the MDRAO within one year of your start date).
• Must successfully complete the required training program within probationary period.
• Must successfully complete an annual skill update program.
• Must successfully fit test for N95 mask. Required to wear task specific PPE.
