THE ROLE:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team specialising in reputation management and media law. You will advise an impressive client base, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporates, charities and other prominent organisations, on a broad range of complex and often high-profile matters.
Your work will include advising on defamation, privacy, confidentiality, harassment, data protection, reputation management, emergency injunctions, regulatory complaints and media crisis response. You will manage matters from pre-action strategy through to litigation and alternative dispute resolution, while working closely with colleagues across specialist practice areas to deliver commercially focused and strategic advice. The role also offers excellent opportunities to contribute to business development, mentor junior lawyers and further develop your profile within a leading disputes practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' PQE and strong litigation experience gained within a respected practice. Previous experience in media litigation or reputation management would be highly advantageous; however, applications are equally encouraged from experienced commercial litigators with a genuine interest in specialising in this area.
You will possess excellent technical ability, outstanding drafting and communication skills, strong commercial awareness and the confidence to advise clients during sensitive and high-pressure situations. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, resilience, emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to client relationships and business development.
THE FIRM:
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected international law firm recognised for its expertise in complex disputes and reputation management. The firm advises an exceptional client base across private wealth, commercial and international sectors, offering outstanding quality work, flexible working, excellent professional development and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
THE PACKAGE:
The firm offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, agile and flexible working, outstanding client exposure, ongoing professional development and excellent long-term career progression.
