Job Description

3-5 years of experience in data-driven marketing/paid media/related marketing agency role.

The Media Governance Manager is responsible for designing, embedding, and operationalising media governance frameworks that improve media efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency.

This role acts as the primary liaison between the Media CoE, local subsidiaries, and global stakeholders, ensuring that media guidance, standards, and governance are clearly communicated, adopted, and tracked.

The role provides clear visibility into market participation, compliance, and maturity, and supports the development of structured updates and narratives for senior leadership. The role balances governance with enablement, ensuring standards are applied in a way that supports local execution rather than slowing it down.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Experience in communications, governance, media operations, or regional marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of paid media planning, buying, and performance measurement.
  • Proven experience working across multiple markets or subsidiaries.
  • Ability to manage governance, tracking, and reporting without creating unnecessary friction.
  • Understanding of media governance frameworks, compliance models, or operating standards.
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms and performance dashboards.
