Mechanical Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide site operations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit site reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or similar role in mechanical services or construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance.
• Proficiency with site management tools and software.
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related fields.
