Mechanical Site Manager

Overview

Meridian are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join our clients site team on a prestigious new build £118m apartment project in Kirkstall, Leeds starting in the New Year. Our client is a leading national M&E contractor with an extensive portfolio of delivering high spec residential projects across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Managing materials and labour on site.
• Implementing health and safety procedures.
• Ensuring quality assurance of mechanical works.
• Managing subcontractor labour levels and site progress.
• Co ordinating with a large management team, including 5 mechanical and 5 electrical managers during full pace.

Qualifications

• Previous residential experience essential.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• CSCS & SMSTS/SSSTS essential.

Compensation & Duration

£290 per day. Running until June 2027.
