Mechanical Quantity Surveyor: Cost, Contracts & Claims

BMD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to oversee cost control from initiation to final accounts on mechanical construction projects. You will balance safety, quality and client satisfaction while driving commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities include tender reviews, invoicing, interim valuations, and final accounts, with close coordination with construction managers and site engineers. A Degree in QS or related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience are preferred.
