This is a key role for someone who can take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Take responsibility for programme, budget, and quality performance, with regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Carry out site inspections, resolve technical challenges, and implement effective solutions where required.
Promote best practice in health & safety and ensure all works comply with industry standards and regulations.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and project staff.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering M&E projects within building services, construction, or engineering sectors.

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and subcontractors effectively.
Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites across the North West.
