Are you a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in air conditioning and ventilation systems? Do you enjoy leading projects from concept to completion and want to be part of a close-knit, family-run business that values your expertise?

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing team in Newark. Working across the commercial M&E sector, you'll oversee projects across the whole of England, managing air conditioning and ventilation installations for a range of clients.

What You'll Do:
- Manage mechanical (HVAC) projects from initial design to final handover
- Coordinate teams of engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Travel nationwide with regular office time in Newark HQ

What You'll Need:
- Proven experience managing mechanical (M&E) projects
- Strong background in air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
